Network – sharing information
None of us can accomplish impactful work alone. That is why understanding your network and relationships is paramount to not only improving productivity but also delivering more value through effective collaboration.
If you are like most people, you do not keep track of daily interactions because that would be too much work. Unfortunately, because of that, you might be missing a massive opportunity by not expanding your network and outreach properly by analyzing the Network dashboard (Figure 3.7):
