Collecting attachments for internal users

You have already seen that Microsoft Forms has a lot of potential and can be your new forms tool. By following the guidance you have received so far, with each new form created, people will become more and more familiar with and gain confidence in using the tool, giving you room to innovate even more!

One possible innovation is to attach documents to your forms, which are automatically saved in a folder created in the form owner's OneDrive (Figure 13.17). Within this folder, all documents that are uploaded within the form will be saved:

When creating a File Upload question, you will no longer be able to share the form with people outside your organization.
