The next step is to distribute the objects around the scene. As our rendering in LuxRender deals with light groups rather than animated objects, the process of populating the scene with objects will use the box shape of the robot and the humanoid form. Using the box-shaped robot, we will distribute the object in the positions shown in the following image:
Add a humanoid form robot, and pose it as shown in the following image:
The image will show a few cables attached to the back of the robot, which we created in Chapter 13, Making the Robot Look Metallic with Materials in LuxRender. Add those cables to the back of the robot, using a metal material for them, and set the material to look like aluminum.
The light groups are already assigned to the materials that we created in LuxBlend, and with all objects placed in the scene, we can now start rendering our project.
