Onboarding process – what to expect

As soon as you accept the job offer, the job onboarding process starts. The purpose of job onboarding is to integrate the new employee into the company and its culture. The process can last from a few days to even a few weeks depending on the size of the company. There are specialized teams in the HR department who manage the onboarding process. Their goal is to slowly complete the paperwork and make sure that the new employee integrates seamlessly into the work environment through orientation sessions, training, and provision of the right resources.

Onboarding is important for both new employees and employers.
