Think about that statement for a second… you're buying an appreciating asset, not a depreciating asset. Wait, according to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), assets depreciate not appreciate. So, what is causing this asset to appreciate, not depreciate, in value? It's likely courtesy of Tesla's FSD AI-based Autopilot brain (a composable, reusable, continuously learning analytic module). Tesla cars become "smarter" and consequently more valuable with every mile that each of the 600,000+ FSD Autopilot-equipped Tesla cars are driven.
