Interactive visualization of BNs with the bnviewer package

Visualizing our Bayesian networks is very important, especially when dealing with large networks that we have found algorithmically using one of the bnlearn included algorithms. Plotting them is easy, but ideally, we need an interactive tool for visualizing properly how the different nodes are connected.

Getting ready

The bnlearn and the bnviewer packages need to be installed using install.packages().

How to do it...

We will work with the same network used for the previous exercise, and we will plot the network...
