Summary


In this (short) chapter, we learned how to use the GeoGraphics package, and how we can use a .shp file to create interactive map visualizations. We also learned about color maps, what kind of color maps can be harmful, and what kind is useful. Other than colors, we briefly talked about the principles of interface design. Finally, different ways to deploy our visualizations were mentioned.
