What’s next?

So far, Copilot is very much giving us a taste for the creation of the underlying data model and a basic app using natural language. The roadmap is also very clear that conversation AI will also become available for us to use in our apps too, allowing for more ways for users to query and interact with their data.

A new Copilot control for Power Apps will be introduced, which will allow users to interact with their data through the chat experience within the app itself. Again, this brings the use of natural language into play, where someone can describe what they want to see or do and artificial intelligence will be able to build the queries on demand.

As the development of Copilot continues, there will be more and more added – suggestions, improvements, and even assistance for those annoying red underlines that take us time and effort to resolve.
