Planning phase


If you don't take it seriously, you simply won't plan for it. One-sided scheduling of interviews

In the hope of fixing things up faster, interviewers make blunders such as calling up without notice, being late, unapologetically cancelling the call, or inviting more interviewers than the candidate was informed about; this can make the whole experience unpleasant for the candidate.
