How to plan a telephone interview


We have already discussed at great length how acting without planning makes the path to success difficult. Creating a rational plan eliminates system failures. Fleming's concept of Total Quality Management (TQM) teaches us that planning on macro as well as micro levels is crucial to make a business robust in the face of any individual shortcomings.

Macro-planning provides us with perspective and goals. It establishes the underlined purpose behind what we intend to do. Micro-planning highlights the resources and plan of action needed for its execution.
