She is also the CEO of Infinite Retina, which provides research to help companies develop and implement AI, AR, and other new technologies for their businesses. Prior to this, she worked for several years as an equity research analyst and gained extensive experience in evaluating both public and private companies. Cronin has a joint MBA/MA from the University of Southern California and an MS with distinction in management and systems from New York University. She graduated with a BA from the University of Pennsylvania with a major in economics (summa cum laude).

What are UX and UI?

Both UX and UI are pivotal in determining a user’s interaction with digital platforms.

UX encompasses the full spectrum of a user’s emotions and interactions related to a specific product or service. It isn’t merely confined to the visual or interactive elements; instead, it delves into the entire journey, evaluating the intuitiveness and satisfaction levels of the product or service from the viewpoint of the user.

The UI refers to the medium through which a user interacts with a digital device or application. It encompasses all the visual elements, such as screens, icons, and buttons, that facilitate a user’s engagement with the service or product.

The following are general features of both UX and UI.
