Emília was an Emotional Intelligence Trainer, Coach at UNITAR (United Nations Institute for Training and Research), and an independent trainer, coach, mentor, and consultant worldwide for law firms, law enforcement, private banking, NGOs, hospitals, IT companies, entrepreneurs, and so on. Emília puts emotional intelligence into practice by teaching the difference between thoughts, feelings, and actions with passion and humor—and how these three interact and affect us. She helps participants establish an inner foundation and vision for all dimensions of life and find the necessary balance between the challenges of a hectic career and the inner longing for peace and wellbeing. She helps people find balance in their lives; stop feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or anxious; respond not react; feel confident; and develop their communication and leadership skills, and their relationships.
