SQL and MySQL DBaaS management operations – service providers

Windows Azure Pack provides a self-service portal for administrators for normal DBaaS management service operations. The following operations can be performed using the WAP portal for SQL and MySQL resource providers' groups and servers:

• Groups management operations are as follows:

  • Add group

  • Delete group

• Database server management operations can be performed as follows:

  1. View the utilization and count of the SQL database on the SQL Server.

  2. List all the databases created.

  3. Change the DB servers group and the hosting capacity (only for SQL Servers and not MySQL).

     

  4. Repair the connection with the existing database servers:

     

  5. Remove Server.
