Advanced task management

We are now talking about a more generic use case with a twist, which is task management within a team. You are probably used to managing tasks using email and phone calls. This generally happens without asking, and you never know the status of a task that you assigned to your colleague. Hence, there is zero transparency.

It would be a massive benefit for your team if you used a Quick App for this. This is because all information is in one place, including any documents created along the way.

The basic fields in a Quick App record are as follows:

  • Title
  • Status
  • Priority

Now, let's add some more fields, such as the following:

  • Description (Paragraph)
  • Due Date (Date)
