This book is for senior managers and executives who are contemplating hiring, or have already made the commitment to hire and manage a team of individuals with the purpose of designing, building and implementing applications and systems based on advanced analytics and artificial intelligence.

This book is intended for senior executives, senior and junior managers, and those who are working as part of a team that is accountable for designing, building and delivering business success through advanced analytics and artificial intelligence systems and applications. Having at least 5 to 10 years of experience in driving your organization to a higher level of efficiency will help you to fully understand the material covered.

What this book covers

Chapter 1, An Overview of Successful and High-Performing Analytics Teams, sets the stage and describes the fundamental organization and principles involved in building and managing an analytics team.

Chapter 2, Building an Analytics Team, discusses and describes who to hire, how to construct and manage a team, and the building blocks of beginning analytic operations.
