Email scheduling for standard and custom reports

One of the newest features included with QBO Advanced is the ability to schedule custom and standard reports to automatically go out to an individual or a group. To set up an email schedule for a report, you need to choose who should receive the report and how often they should receive it. After this one-time process is complete, the report will be sent automatically to the individual or group you have specified.

Follow the steps below to create a schedule for a custom report:

1. Select Reports from the left menu bar and click on the Custom reports tab, as shown below:

2. A list of all custom reports will be displayed, as shown below:

3. Click the Edit button next to the report you want to schedule and the following will display:
