The right words

Earlier in this chapter, we discussed a command that allowed us to add words to our chosen images. After that, we looked into various artistic, lighting, and camera styles that can enhance our images. Now, we’re moving forward to learn how to combine these elements and identify the keywords needed for an effective prompt.

The /shorten command in Midjourney is truly interesting. For people like me, who started using Midjourney when there was little information on how to best use it and create effective prompts, we often wrote long descriptions. We thought that giving all the details was important, believing that Midjourney would understand and use all the specifics. However, over time, it became clear that giving the bot too much information often led to more complicated and sometimes less desired results.
