More vendors in edge computing and JAMStack

Outside the cloud vendor landscape, there are CDNs and other dedicated vendors who offer serverless at the edge. The following are some examples:

  • Akamai Edge
  • IBM Edge Functions
  • Netlify functions
  • Vercel Edge Functions
  • Gatsby Cloud Functions

There are many more providers, but these top providers are worth checking out. Several providers support JAMStack hosting, some of which are as follows:

  • Netlify
  • Vercel
  • GitHub/GitLab Pages
  • Azure Static WebApps
  • Gatsby Cloud

There are many more established and up-and-coming serverless providers. While this list is not comprehensive, it will give you an idea of the landscape.
