Organizational change influenced by AI

For the success of the AI-driven transformation, the change management of the organization and the AI initiative has to be coordinated. For the success of AI, the benefits should be clear to the different stakeholders in the organization. One way is to involve the employees in the early pilots using AI. For instance, an AI-powered digital assistant could be rolled out for health and wellness to the employees. This would allow them to experience it first hand. For knowledge workers, they can be encouraged to improve their AI knowledge at their own pace.
