Skills and capabilities for digital transformation

The earlier parts of this chapter discussed the new practices that organizations must embrace to be successful, as well as new roles that exist in organizations that are delivering digital transformations. To be able to work in new ways and deliver transformative products, staff must learn new skills as well. While it is obvious that staff must learn new technical skills, it may be less obvious that they also need to learn new ways of working.
