Using floating axes for a rectangular plot

In this recipe, we will learn how to plot floating axes. These are useful when we have to design a complex dashboard application, where we may have to place individual graphs or plots in various orientations other than the standard horizontal or vertical orientations.

We will plot three different graphs to demonstrate various features of floating axes.
