Summary

In this chapter, we have gone through the architecture of ASoC machine class drivers, which represents the last element in this ASoC series. We have learned how to bind platform and subdevice drivers, but also how to define routes for audio data.

In the next chapter, we will cover another Linux media subsystem, that is, V4L2, which is used to deal with video devices.
