Summary

In this chapter, we have learned that effective collaboration with consultants can increase team performance, but it is necessary to have good communication, trust, and defined processes to exchange information.

Strong leadership can support teams to improve collaboration and focus on achieving business objectives. The collaboration strategy should be well defined to support the teams, and further information can be added to the BEP and the responsibility matrix.
