Now, it's time to make sure everything works as anticipated!
From the menu bar, choose Test.
Select the Manually radio button and click Test.
Test your flow by sending an email to the configured shared mailbox. Be sure to word it strongly to ensure you are expressing disapproval.

After sending the email, the flow run history should begin to update in the Power Automate maker portal.
Select the Analyze positive or negative sentiment in text action to expose the detail flyout.
Under the Run results tab, scroll down to the OUTPUTS area and then search for the body section. There should be a field called responsev2.predictionOutput.result.documentScores. If the model was able to determine negative sentiment in your (presumably) strongly-worded email, it should report the sentiment as negative.
