1. The steps that can be automated in the prioritized requirements are done during conference room pilots/workshops with project stakeholders, SMEs, and project team members.
2. BPA is to automate repeatable and complex business process steps using software technology.
3. Before you answer this, think of the pain points your users had to go through in your system. Now, think of repetitive steps that you automated. An example would be sending reminders to close the opportunity when the opportunity closing date is in 2 weeks and then 1 week; if no action is taken, send an escalation notice to the manager.
