About this video
This PMP exam preparation course is based on the PMBOK 6th edition, one of three key references used to develop the exam. The course covers 10 knowledge areas, including project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, resource, communications, risk, procurement, and stakeholder management. You will learn the processes required to ensure that all project elements are properly coordinated and that the project includes all necessary work, is completed on time, within budget, and meets the required quality standards. It also covers the contents of PMBOK 7th edition, including the System of Value Delivery, 12 Principles of Project Management, and Performance Domains.
Further, it covers the Agile Practice Guide, which includes an introduction to agile principles, descriptions of common agile frameworks, guidance on creating an agile environment, techniques for delivering in an agile environment, and definitions of the roles and responsibilities of team members in an agile project. You will gain hands-on experience as a project manager in an Agile environment by leading a project to build an app using Scrum.
