Is there something off about the way your renders look? This course could be your solution.
With the release of Blender 2.8, there are many options available to artists for rendering. However, most beginners do not understand how to utilize these options to their fullest. Do your materials look flat or monotonous?

Materials are impressive, and there's no quicker way to improve your renders then by switching to a full PBR material workflow. This course explains the PBR workflow and how to make sure to get the most out of it. This course assumes a basic knowledge of Blender and limited hotkey feeding is given.
Throughout the course, you are encouraged to create your 3D assets and make your scene. In the end, it is encouraged for students to take what they learned and make something beautiful with it.

Lacks focus and clearly isn't made by someone with experience in training/teaching. The course warrants 2 stars because of the relevance of the tools covered - Blender's 'shader editor' and 'Principle BSDF node' are very important and powerful - but the content is meandering and slap-dash. The upshot of the course is to download pre-made material input textures from the internet and plug them into the BSDF node and render them on a sphere in blender. That's not a professional workflow - the course completely sidesteps how to actually 'make' materials.
Granted, the content may have been made for udemy, which has a much lower quality standard - but I expected a little more polish here at packt given how great most of the books are.
