Security CSA
Security CSAs are responsible for building, designing, deploying, and monitoring security aspects of solution architecture for cloud-based computing and data storage systems. Because security crosscuts every area of expertise of cloud computing, as indicated in Figure 2.6, a security CSA is the most likely to collaborate with the other CSA disciplines. Also, bad actors are always inventing new ways to thwart security controls, so a security CSA is constantly evolving in thinking and exploring new tools and technologies to secure resources:

The preceding figure shows that a security CSA is responsible for all technologies in all the deployment models not owned exclusively by the cloud provider. This requires collaboration and co-designing with the other disciplines to ensure CSAs are secure across all products and services that are used.
