OCI Block Volume

To understand the service, let's begin by understanding what a block volume is. A block volume is a type of block device that is used as data storage. The OCI Block Volume service uses Internet Small Computer Systems Interface (iSCSI) to deliver features and performance. You can treat this volume as your regular hard drive once you attach it to an instance.
