In Chapter 8, Mobile Content Management, we covered MAG in detail and completed MAG for Windows proxy and content installation. Now, we will complete MAG for the Linux component:
MAG for Linux deployment is much simpler than MAG for Windows, as it doesn't support a relay deployment. The only option to deploy MAG for Linux is with an endpoint. As with MAG for Windows deployment, MAG Linux servers need to be deployed within your data center whether you are an on-premise or SaaS-based customer. The following diagram shows the recommended architecture for your MAG deployment:
