What is Microsoft FastTrack for Dynamics 365?
As mentioned previously, Microsoft has created a project program called FastTrack for Dynamics 365. The point of this program is to integrate architectural expertise from Microsoft into an organizational project. The support happens all through the length of the project – from requirement gathering to go-live support.
The purpose of the program is to make sure that the solution that is created for the customer fits within what Microsoft deems to be best practice. However, you can’t just start using FastTrack unless you are accepted (let’s look at what that means next).
