What to include in the blueprint

The blueprint solution in Success by Design is a comprehensive strategy for achieving successful software deployment. Depending on the context of the project, the sections of the document may vary based on the modules needed. There are some common sections that should be included in every solution document.

  • Executive summary: Give a brief overview of the entire solution. You should highlight the main goals and objectives of the project. Keep this to about a page in length.
