Managing forum questions and answers
You might now be able to define the forums operations on the Odoo platform. However, creating and managing forums is one of the easier operation tasks, but the importance of the management of questions and answers in operations is great.
The Forum Posts window can be accessed from the Posts menu in the Forum tab of the website modules dashboard as seen in Figure 10.15. Here, all the forum postings will be listed and further details on them, such as the Forum on which it was posted, Views of the post, Answers given in the post, Favorite posts, and the Status of the post are shown.

Furthermore, you can create a new post for any forum that has been described on the Odoo platform by selecting the available Create option, upon which you will be shown the following post creation window. Here, you can provide a name for the post, on which Forum it should be posted...
