What are parameters?

Parameters in Midjourney are settings that allow you to have more control over the AI’s creative process. They can be used to fine-tune the style, composition, and overall look and feel of your images. By understanding and using parameters effectively, you can achieve a wider range of creative results and produce artwork that more closely matches your vision.

There are two main types of parameters in Midjourney:

  • Basic parameters
  • Legacy parameters

In this section, we will show you how to use parameters in Midjourney and explain how to use them to create different types of AI art. We will also provide some tips to achieve more specific results. It is important to note that parameters are always added to the end of a prompt, and they are declared using double hyphens (--).
