In this chapter, you've seen different robot parts from the view of planning a robot, and using a block diagram as a plan, you started to visualize how you'd combine those blocks to make a whole robot. You've sketched your robot ideas and upgraded them with computer drawing tools for a neater version of the same diagram.You've had a quick tour of how controllers use analog, digital, PWM, and data buses to communicate with the other devices connected to them. Following on from this, you've planned the robot we will build in this book. You've seen more of what the Raspberry Pi is and which connections on the Raspberry Pi we will use.In the next chapter, we will look at Raspberry Pi OS, the operating system used on the Raspberry Pi in our robot, and how to make it headless so we can operate over Wi-Fi.
