The Yeoman workflow
Yeoman helps you to kickstart new projects, and you can use it as an alternative for Bootstrap CLI.
The Yeoman workflow comprises three types of tools for improving your productivity and satisfaction when building a web app: the scaffolding tool (yo), the build tool (Grunt, Gulp, and so on), and the package manager (like Bower and npm).
A Yeoman generator that scaffolds out a front-end Bootstrap 4 web app is available at https://github.com/bassjobsen/generator-bootstrap4. You can install it after installing Yeoman by running the following commands in your console:
Install:
npm install -g generator-bootstrap4Run:
yo bootstrap4Run
gruntfor building andgrunt servefor preview
The Yeoman generator for Bootstrap enables you to install your code with flexbox support. The generator can also install the Font Awesome and / or the Octicons icons fonts for direct usage in your app:
