Infrastructure CSA
An infrastructure CSA generally supervises an organization’s cloud computing ecosystem at the infrastructure, networking, storage, and virtual machine levels. This includes working with other domain-specific CSAs for cloud management and monitoring. As opposed to all CSA roles, the infrastructure role focuses on a subset of technologies in the shared responsibility model, as depicted in Figure 2.2:

Infrastructure CSAs typically design and maintain the infrastructure of solution architectures and their deployments in a cloud-based environment, as well as the configuration of products and services. This role often provides design and configuration guidance for a solution’s infrastructure, operating environment, applications, and services as well.
