Video Description
In AWS, a resource is an entity that you can work with. Examples include an Amazon EC2 instance, an AWS CloudFormation stack, and an Amazon S3 bucket. If you work with multiple resources, you might find it useful to manage them as a group rather than move from one AWS service to another for each task.
AWS comes with wide range of benefits. It’s easy to use, lets you choose the services you need, highly cost effective and provides a reliable computing infrastructure. It helps in scaling the application and provides an end to end security to the infrastructure.
This course will begin with an introduction to AWS services, virtual machines, networking, and storage, further taking a look at creating and managing these resources including connecting them to on premise resources. This module will give you the skills you need to move existing on premise applications into cloud environments such as AWS, targeting small scale applications that can be moved into the cloud with re-architecture and re-development work.
