Your feedback software is a little bit like your ebook distribution system It doesn't work very well. I don't know how many times I get to review the same damn book... Can somebody tell me how to get the book that I paid for a month in advance as a Goodwill gesture on pipe drive CRM given that I can't log into my PAKT account even though you have a record of me paying for it and thanked me for it over a month ago. Seems like it might be a good idea to make sure the clients that prepay for books actually get them.
