Maven is a build automation tool used primarily for Java projects. Maven serves a similar purpose to the Apache Ant tool, but it is based on different concepts and works in a different manner. The Maven project is hosted by the Apache Software Foundation, where it was formerly part of the Jakarta Project.
Getting Started with Apache Maven introduces viewers to the world of synergized development in the Maven ecosystem. The course logically explains the various concepts of the tool, and shows viewers how to proceed from simple assignments to complex ones.
