Putting it all together and controlling the car
Once the prerequisites are in place, you can start assembling the model car. First of all, fasten the motors to the chassis, one on each side of either the front or back side of the car, with the provided screws and clamps. The motors should appear to be driving the same axle. Next, attach a wheel to each of the two DC motor shafts; now attach the two remaining wheels to the non-motorized (imaginary) axle of the car.
Place the breadboard inside the chassis of the car, and assemble the Photon, the L293D motor driver IC, the Li-Po battery, and the 3-6V DC power supply on the breadboard. Now you should make the connections using the jumper wires as per the following connection diagram:
