Video Product Manager
This is a leadership role within the video team. The Video Product Manager ensures Packt is always building the right products based on sound empirical evidence, good process and clear customer understanding. The core responsibility of the Video Product Manager is to turn customer and channels insight into a continuous stream of actionable feedback that can be implemented within our video business to raise product’s lifetime value and increase customer satisfaction.

Licensing Editor
We publish an unparalleled range of text, video and course materials to help us achieve this goal but there are always gaps in our portfolio caused by the rapidly changing IT marketplace. The role of the licensing editor to is to help the company deliver a consistent content coverage strategy by partnering with out-of-house content owners to agree non-exclusive distribution deals which extend and enhance Packt’s existing catalogue.

Quality Editor
The job of the Quality Editor is to support Packt’s Mumbai-based editorial teams and to ensure that published content is well written, grammatically correct, accessible to readers and compliant with our styles. This is achieved through a process of quality assurance and assessment of the quality of content and editor skills. The Quality Editor will use the results of the assessments to identify training and coaching requirements.
