The ongoing disruption to European airspace, caused by ash from the erupting Eyjafjallajoekull volcano in Iceland, has meant that many book orders for European and selected African, Asian and South American countries have been grounded until further notice. Please note that orders made for customers in the United States are unaffected, as they are printed and shipped from the US.
If you placed an order for a Packt book from Monday 12 April or later, it is likely that it is waiting to be shipped to you via airfreight and will therefore only ship once airspace restrictions are lifted.
We will be contacting all customers we believe might have been affected over the course of this week; however if you are concerned about your order, please contact service@packtpub.com and we will give you updated information.
