Being a specialist in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, he has been consulting with Fortune 500 clients on the technology for several years now. Apart from Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Alok excels in other Microsoft technologies, including .NET, Azure, and SharePoint.

As the Director of Solutions at Neudesic, a Microsoft National Systems Integrator, and a Gold Certified Partner, Sandeep Chanda has been working on various Microsoft technologies for the past two decades, building large-scale enterprise applications spanning multiple industries. He has an M.S. degree in Software Systems from BITS, Pilani, and he is fond of service-oriented computing, cross-platform mobility, pervasive computing, haptic devices, and cloud computing.

Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a customer relationship management software package developed by Microsoft. Out of the box, the product focuses mainly on Sales, Marketing, and Service (help desk) sectors, but Microsoft has been marketing Dynamics CRM as an XRM platform and has been encouraging partners to use its proprietary (.NET based) framework to customize it to meet many different demands. Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 is available as a cloud offering or an on-premises installation by a partner/customer.
