About the Author:

Abdelmonam Kouka is a Tunisian computer engineer. Along with an engineering diploma degree in Computer Science, he has a Master's degree in Information Security and free and open source software. In partnership with a friend, Abdelmonam commenced a start-up business, TAC-TIC (http://www.tac-tic.net), which provides ICT services such as software development, open source consulting, and IP/MPLS engineering and support. From his engineering study period and through all of his professional experience, Abdelmonam has been an open source activist, a member/co-founder of the Ubuntu-tn community, thr Sabily community, and the APOS association. He is also a member of the Linux Arabic community, Arabeyes, CULLT, DFSA, and many other open source clubs, associations, and initiatives.
