About the author:

Andrea Sacca; is a web designer and frontend developer based in Rome, Italy. He was one of the first Magento Certified Front End Developers and will be a speaker at the first Meet Magento conference in Italy, 2014. After completing his studies in Graphic and Web Design in Rome, he worked for a few renowned web agencies as a web designer, and in 2012, he started his freelance career. Magento is an open source e-commerce web application that was launched on March 31, 2008, under the name Bento. Magento is a content management system (CMS) based on PHP and MySQL for web hosting services, and was built using parts of Zend Framework.
