The big day has finally arrived. Packt Open Source and Packt Enterprise have launched, along with the release of two newly branded books, Microsoft Silverlight 4 Data and Services Cookbook and Moodle 1.9 Theme Design: Beginner's Guide.
This launch has been the result of much work from a wide variety of people and, to celebrate, we are now offering 20% off the cover price of all hard-copy books, and 30% off the cover price of all of our eBooks until Monday the 3rd of May, as well as offering the eBook copies of Microsoft Office Live Small Business: Beginner's Guide and Qmail Quickstarter: Install, Set Up and Run Your Own Email Server as free downloads.
As has been explained previously in this blog, a large part of the reasoning behind this brand launch has been to improve our specialization, both in our books and in our work with communities around the technologies on which we write.
