- Shipments to UK, US, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Brunei, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Korea, Singapore, Thailand, China, Macau and Taiwan are free
- Shipments to all other countries are at cost
Shipping Services We
print and ship our books from locations in Birmingham UK, Tennessee US and Singapore. The service and location we use depends on where you
are. Mainland US
- You pay for your book in US$ and we ship from Tennessee
- We offer free delivery by UPS ground service
- This takes 2 - 7 days depending on your location
- When your order ships, we will email you a UPS tracking number which you can use off their web site at www.UPS.com
Canada
- You pay for your book in US$ and we ship from Birmingham, UK by Royal Mail
- The shipping charges are $10 per item
- Shipping takes 12-15 days depending on your location
United Kingdom
- You pay for your book in UK Pounds and we ship from our warehouse in Birmingham
- Orders up to four books are dispatched by Royal Mail-Economy
- Orders consisting of five or more books are dispatched UPS
- When your parcel ships by UPS, we will email you a
tracking number which you can use to track your order at www.UPS.com
Europe
- For
the purposes of our shipping we define Europe as all countries west of
and including Russia, as far south as the Mediterranean.
- You pay for your book in Euros
- All books are shipped from United Kingdom
- All shipments within Europe is free.
- Airmail parcels are not trackable. If your order has not arrived after 10 day from dispatch, please contact us
Australia and New Zealand
- All books are shipped from United Kingdom
- You pay in GBP
- Orders up to four books are dispatched by Royal Mail
Economy.
- Order consisting of five or more books is dispatched by UPS.
- When your parcel ships by UPS, we will email you a
tracking number which you can use to track your order at www.UPS.com
- Airmail parcels are not trackable. If your order has not

Asia (selected countries)
Includes the following countries:
Brunei, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Phillippines, Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Macau, Taiwan, China
- All books are shipped from Singapore, by courier.
- You will be emailed a tracking number.
- If your order has not arrived after 10 days from despatch, please contact us.
Rest of World
- For
all countries not covered by any of the above, we usually ship by Royal Mail.
- We charge you a flat rate of 5 British Pounds per item freight except India. For Indian shipments, the freight cost is 75 Indian Rupees per book.
- Packages are not trackable. If your order has not arrived after 14 days from despatch, please contact us.
