The Judges will be choosing from the three Content Management Systems that received the most nominations, during the nomination stage. They will be selecting their top three based on a number of factors including performance, usability, accessibility, ease of configuration and customization, scalability and security.

Nominations are now closed. Voting for the finalists will
begin on September 1The CMS's that received the most
nominations will go through to the final stage, with
winners voted for by a panel of judges and visits to www.PacktPub.com.
In
making their decision, we are asking the judges to consider a number of
factors including performance, usability, accessibility, ease of
configuration and customization, scalability, security and community
contribution. We believe that these are the elements that make up a
