The Judges will be choosing from the finalists that received the most nominations during the nomination stage. They will be basing their choices on a number of factors including performance, usability, accessibility, ease of configuration and customization, scalability and security. See More
The Award is split up into two main stages. Firstly, nominations will begin on August 3. This is your chance to put forward your favorite CMS in each category to go through to the final stage of voting, which will be announced towards the end of September; this is when the voting stage begins. Voting closes on October 30, with the winners announced in November. See More

Linda
Roeder began writing on the Internet in 1998 when she became a guide for About.com. She still writes for About.com doing the Personal
Web Pages topic. This site teaches people how to get started creating
their own personal Web pages.
Over the years she has written for many other online sites including Suite101
and Associated Content. She was even an editor for Suite101
on a 6 month assignment.
On top of writing for About.com and Suite101
she's currently writing the Social
Networking Weblog. This weblog discusses many of the issues people
deal with while social networking and presents some of the newest social
networking sites.
